Wedding and Conference Room OptionsAt the Ascot Park Hotel we pride ourselves on the flexibility of our venue.
Our eight dedicated conference rooms can be combined or configured in a number of ways, supplemented by trade displays in the foyer, meals in the Emberz Restaurant or even by marquees accommodating trade stands in our large sheltered carpark area. In the past, using giant marquees, we have catered for more than 40 trade shows, the most impressive one being a contracting tradeshow with gigantic equipment and 400 conference attendees!
Our foyer has recently been refurbished and now offers even more options for displays.

Waihopai
Situated at the hotel entrance and opposite our Reception area, the Waihopai Room is ideally suited as your Conference Registration area and nerve centre. It has dual access off the Foyer and into the Conference Area. Waihopi can also be used as a breakout room or hired alone for small board meetings or focus groups. |

Otapiri
At just 19 square metres, the smallest room in our collection is best suited to interviews and small boardroom style meetings. |

Recreation/Pool Area
A casual space to relax and unwind. Gather here for cocktails or an informal barbecue.

 | Emberz Bar Our cosy house bar is open from 11.00am daily until 10.00pm or later. While not available for exclusive hire, it’s a favourite meeting place for function delegates in between sessions or after returning from a night out on the town. We are happy to keep the bar open for your delegates if we know that they will be returning late for a nightcap. |
