Ascot Park Hotel does not provide entertainment for functions. We do, however provide an extensive list of recommended independent entertainment suppliers.

The Ascot Park Hotel provides a range of excellent ground-floor accommodation for wedding, conference and event attendees. If you wish to make block bookings for event attendees, we recommend you check our room availability before planning your event. Please visit our accommodation website for room details and bookings.

If your numbers exceed our accommodation availability, and there is a requirement to stay at multiple properties, we can manage this process for you.

Special conference accommodation rates and wedding packages may be available for your event. Please contact our friendly staff to discuss your options.


At the Ascot Park Hotel, we are proud to have adopted a green policy. To help in “greening” your event, we now provide recycling of many materials including packaging. This is a free service.
